Refund & Cancellation Policy

North American Admissions Network Inc. ("NAAN") is committed to providing valuable memberships, professional development opportunities, educational resources, networking experiences, and events for the admissions community throughout North America.
Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or making any payment to NAAN.

All Sales Are Final

All membership fees, event registration fees, sponsorship fees, exhibitor fees, advertising fees, partnership fees, and any other payments made to North American Admissions Network Inc. are final.
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, transfers, or partial refunds will be provided once payment has been processed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Membership Fees

Annual membership fees are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all membership categories, including:

•     Institutional Memberships
•     Professional Memberships
•     Family Memberships
•     Student Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. However:

• No refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
• No credits will be provided for unused membership benefits.
• Membership benefits remain available until the end of the paid membership term unless membership is suspended or terminated in accordance with NAAN's policies.

Event Registration Fees

Registration fees for all NAAN conferences, expos, webinars, workshops, networking events, admissions summits, training programs, and other activities are non-refundable.
If a registrant is unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or other unforeseen events, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the registrant to any refund or credit.

Sponsorships, Exhibitors & Strategic Partnerships

All sponsorship, exhibitor, advertising, and strategic partnership payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been received or an agreement has been executed.  Payments must be received upon registration. 

Event Changes

NAAN reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, schedules, speakers, presenters, formats, or program content when necessary.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund, credit, or cancellation of payment obligations.

Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel automatic renewal of their membership at any time before the renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only and does not entitle the member to:

•     a refund;
•     a partial refund;
•     a credit; or
•     reimbursement of any fees already paid.

Membership Suspension or Termination

If a membership is suspended or terminated due to a violation of NAAN's Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, or other applicable policies:

•     all membership fees remain non-refundable;
•     no credits will be issued; and
•     no unused portion of membership fees will be returned.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact NAAN promptly.
Members and registrants agree to contact NAAN before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of membership, cancellation of registrations, restriction of future participation, and recovery of costs incurred by NAAN in responding to the dispute, where permitted by applicable law.
